Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some areas in Asia and remote regions). Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Most of our Avatar-inspired products can be returned or exchanged, including:
- Accessories
- Beanies
- Beauty products (unopened only)
- Bedding
- Blind Bags (unopened only)
- Bracelets
- Dresses
- Drinkware and Glassware
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Home decor
- Hoodies and Sweaters
- Jewelry (except earrings)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our Na’vi community members, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Blind Bags that have been opened (the mystery element is part of the product experience!)
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in original condition
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information. - Wait for Authorization
We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization. - Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. - Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. - Receive Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
- Your financial institution may take additional 3-5 business days to post the refund to your account
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding some areas in Asia and remote regions), international returns are accepted following the same policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.
